Use One or Two Tracks

There are two "tracks" that can be used to display presentation content. Use one or both depending on the type of presentation.

• Use the Slide Track for your slides or video that would normally be put in front of an audience/viewer.
• Use the Speaker Track for audio and video displaying the presenter / speaker
• Use one or both of the tracks -- you decide what will work best
• Choose from a number of layout options to emphasize Slide or Speaker Track during viewing

Protect and Secure Your Content

There are three levels of security that you can apply to your content.

Public

• Viewable to anyone with the URL
• Public content is easy to share -- just provide a URL and anyone can access it
• Public content will be found by search engines and appear in public searches

Hidden (Unlisted)

• Limits who can see your content
• Hidden (unlisted) content have an authorization key in the web address which makes the address very difficult to guess
• That said, anyone with the address will be able to view your content

Secure (Sign-In Required)

• Highest level of security for your content
• Specify who has permission to view the content and they are REQUIRED to sign in to a NextSlide user account to verify their identity
• Users without a NextSlide user account are prompted to create one
• Use our enterprise-quality encryption on all content to defeat prying eyes
