NextSlide is a service of GRAYFRAME Software, an Arizona-based software company that focuses on complex, cloud-based computing systems. Founders Scott L. Mitchell and Stephane G. Legay have worked together since 1999 solving real business problems that they, themselves, have encountered.

Scott L. Mitchell

Scott serves as the chairman and CEO of NextSlide. His interests in communication, education and presentation were formed early in his career as a strategy consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). In addition to serving Fortune 500 clients, Scott was part of the global faculty that educated staff in the Chicago, London and Veldhoven training centers.

Scott is a recognized expert in corporate governance, risk management and ethics and gives speeches around the world in this capacity. He serves as the Chairman of a nonprofit initiative called the Open Compliance & Ethics Group. OCEG provides standards, guidelines and online resources to help organizations Drive Principled Performance® by integrating governance, risk management, compliance (GRC) and ethics processes.

Scott was recognized two years in a row by Business Finance Magazine as one of the “Top 60 Influencers” in corporate finance. Treasury & Risk Magazine ranks him in the "Top 100" financial professionals. He was also recognized two years in a row by Human Resource Executive as one of the top 20 thought leaders regarding the future of human resource management. Scott has been featured in USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Institutional Investor, Treasury and Risk, Business Finance, Inc. and other leading publications.

A technologist at heart, Mr. Mitchell was recently awarded patents for business simulation technology.

Stephane G. Legay

Stephane serves as CTO of NextSlide. His background in multimedia communication brought him to the U.S. from France in 1998 as an instructor at Arizona State University (ASU), where he also participated in research for 18 months in the department of Educational Media and Computers. He went on to work in the field of e-learning, serving as lead architect, programmer and UI designer, developing cutting-edge interactive training materials for Fortune 500 companies and other industry leaders.

His experience in online training ranges from developing traditional SCORM-compliant custom e-learning courses for large corporations (such as Wells Fargo, IKEA, Bank of America) to developing custom multimedia content delivery and tracking platforms for the State of New York (government organization), Rockford Corporation (consumer electronics), Raley's (a California-based supermarket chain) and United Airlines.

Before starting NextSlide, Stephane architected a multimedia presentation authoring tool at Interactive Alchemy (now FlyPaper). He also currently serves as Chief Technology Officer for the Open Compliance and Ethics Group, where he developed a custom content management system and reporting platform.

Stephane has been programming and designing for the web since 1996 and developing for the Flash platform since 1998. He enjoys scaling applications in the cloud, developing intuitive and responsive user interfaces, and architecting web APIs.

With Nextslide, Stephane aims to finally provide a cost efficient, modern, and easy to use platform for businesses of all sizes and educators to enhance, share and track their presentations while keeping complete control over their intellectual property and confidential information.
